Reflexology is an ancient healing art that is the technique of applying a gentle pressure to different parts of the feet, hands or face that represent different parts and systems of the body. 

Stimulation of these points brings about a deep relaxation encouraging the body to heal itself and return to a state of balance and wellbeing.

What happens when I go for a Treatment?
Initial treatments can take up to or above one hour and involve an in-depth consultation about your health needs and lifestyle. Alternatively you may be emailled or sent a consultation form to complete and bring with you to the session.

Following the consultation you will sit or lie in a comfortable position and your Reflexologist will stimulate the reflex points on your feet, hands or face (as agreed) with their hands. At the end of the session any tension detected in the reflex points will be discussed with you.
