I have eight years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS, predominantly with clients with Neurologoical conditions, and developed an interest in and enthusiasm for reflexology during that time.

I graduated from the London School of Reflexology in 2007 and have since developed my knowledge and skills; completing courses in Facial Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology and Foot Reading as well as regularly attending Seminars from the Association of Reflexology. I have also completed training in the Metamorphic Technique which has its origins in Foot Reflexology

Developing individual treatment plans based on a holistic approach is central to my work. Through treating the person as a whole, rather than addressing only their symptoms, I aim to empower clients to take control of their health and wellbeing. Through both Foot and Facial reflexology, I have experienced success in treating many health conditions and would be happy to be contacted to discuss how Reflexology could help you.
